How much does DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY Cost?

Our drone aerial photography and videography prices are influenced by the amount of time it takes to complete each project.

For a small number of aerial photographs, this can start as low as £150.00. The average cost of drone aerial photography which produces 30 or more aerial photographs from various angles, heights and elevations is £250.00. We also offer drone videography, which our clients frequently need to be edited into a one - or two-minute production. This normally costs roughly £455.00, which includes both filming and editing.

While each drone project is unique, we offer several basic drone aerial videography and drone photography packages, below. You can also use our free, brief builder to let us know if you need

something more specific.

All prices include access to CAA-approved pilots, full Coverdrone insurance,

including £5 million in public liability, all flight planning, risk

assessments, permissions, and equipment, as well as an electronic

transfer of either unedited or edited footage. Travel from our base in

Coughton, Warwickshire, is free for the first 20 miles, then 55p per mile.

Drone ROOF SURVEYS

Roof Inspections are from £150 for residential properties or £250 for industrial/commercial buildings.

We trust our clients but for peace of mind, we ask for a provisional booking deposit

Due to the unpredictable nature of the weather in the UK and the complexities of drone flights, we like to be realistic with our ambitions and transparent with our fees. We operate a provisional booking system with a firm shoot date being agreed upon once we've received a 25% deposit of the total quoted fee price. All of our fees are exclusive of VAT.

Drone Aerial Videography and Photography are naturally affected by the weather and safe flying conditions.

Aerial filming is naturally affected by flying conditions. and that's why we're as flexible as a yoga instructor when working with our clients and scheduling appointments. It is essential that we have enough time to do adequate preparation, flight planning, and pre-flight checks to ensure that the drone flight can be undertaken safely, adhering to the rules & regulations of aerial filming. We do appreciate that some projects are date/time-sensitive and we'll always try to accommodate your timeline.

We reserve the right to cancel drone flights but don't worry, we have a fair cancellation policy

Cancellation can be made up to 5 days before the drone flight with no charges incurred. The 25% booking fee is simply transferred to another day when we can fly. If you cancel the shoot within 5 days of the scheduled date the 25% deposit will not be refunded. if the drone flight cannot be re-scheduled. We will discuss this and come to a fair and reasonable compromise. Cancellation due to weather conditions prior to the shoot day will not incur any charges if the shoot is re-scheduled.

We may need a bed for the night or some fuel for both our vehicles and pilots

​We do not operate any of our drones when fatigued as a result of travel or long working days. We may need to consider booking a comfy bed to lay our heads on. It doesn't need to be The Ritz, just some accommodation in the vicinity of your project. Travelling expenses in the UK are billed on a 0.55p/mile basis from our base in Warwickshire and are agreed upon with the client in writing, prior to the start of the job.
