Minimise Health and Safety Issues

My small and lightweight drones reduce the need for people to be placed in dangerous situations and minimises working at height. According to the HSE, working at height remains the most dangerous activity in the UK;

Efficient Data Collection

Utilising drone technology allows high-quality data to be collected and diagnosed within a matter of minutes, not hours or days.

Drones offer a cost-effective, quick solution for aerial building surveys compared to traditionally more expensive methods of scaffolding, platforms, or hiring a MEWP;

DRONE ROOF SURVEYS

Drones are now recognised as the ideal tool for conducting roof surveys and inspections of structures. The drones we operate carry high-resolution cameras and can hover in close proximity to inaccessible areas for inspection.

As part of our drone roof surveys and inspections, we can provide detailed high definition (HDR) images of your roof, building and structure without the need for scaffolds, ladders or cherry pickers (MEWPs) making inspections safer.

You can stand with us and monitor the video on the ground in real-time and direct us to the shots you need. We can zoom in to inspect brickwork, lightning conductors, stonework, chimneys, weather vanes, roof tiles, lead work and asbestos for full analysis in your own time.

Amongst our arsenal of drones is the small but mighty DJI Mavic Mini 2. Don't let its size fool you, this sub-250g drone has changed the game when it comes to conducting roof surveys in congested areas.

Using this drone means we can get closer to people and buildings as the DJI Mini 2 can be flown with no separation distance to people and can be flown over them (but not over crowds).

The drone features a 12MP camera, along with 4K/30fps video and a 3-axis motorised gimbal, The Mini 2 provides stunning image quality.

It is important to stress that we're not qualified or certified surveyors but we can assist with the production of a report by providing all of our images and video recordings.

These will then be provided to a Chartered Surveyor in order for them to diagnose the problems properly and recommend a course of action going forwards. If you're a Chartered Surveyor, Roofing Contractor or Building Contractor and would like our help, please get in touch.
