We used UAVisonary to film some promotional material for the company I work for in Loughborough Student Beehive. We got a fantastic finished product that we were really happy with, the service and communication along the way were also faultless. Highly recommend!

Not your ordinary Student Accommodation. We can't remember our Student Accommodation providing us with a gym and hot tub!

We had the pleasure of providing drone aerial videography for Student Beehive who, for the past 5 years, have been providing Loughborough Students with some of the most modern rooms at affordable prices. They commissioned us to help showcase their luxurious and modern accommodation which is only a stone's throw from Loughborough University campus.

Although the brief sounds simple, this was one of the more complex projects we've been involved in and took a lot of forward planning.

The site sits within East Midlands Airport Controlled Airspace (CTR). Advanced permissions were required and contact with East Midlands ATC was maintained on the day;
Given the proximity of the carriageway, nearby houses, footpaths and phone lines, we used spotters to warn the Drone Pilot of any known and dynamic hazards;
Spotters had 2-way radio contact with the Drone Pilot at all times;
Take off/landing points moved to ensure VLOS maintained; and,
A sub-250g drone was used for filming beyond the site boundary with flights over people avoided/minimised.
